Idea for a tv program #1

After recently watching the program 'Farmer wants a Wife', in which a farmer looks for love (catchy title) I have decided to try and get my own program commissioned. My original plan was to go to Channel 5 studios to pitch 'Gregory wants a Wife'. After a little deliberation I decided I wasn't fussy and the program needed an edge. Step forward 'Gregory wants a Farmer'! Not bad but it's hardly a wide net. I think I've finally settled on 'Gregory wants It'.

I'll let you know how it works out but between me and you guys I'm quietly confident I'll be able to sell the rights to it for loadsa money, then get to star in the show itself. It's foolproof I tells ya!

Been watching Glee over the 3 day weekend. Only 2 more episodes. Started Supernatural. Man, my television show queue is like growing. Still going at Dr. Who, haha.

Gonna try Buffy too.

Spaced. Heh. My friend brought me back a signed box set from Comic-con in 2008. It's pretty much the shit. I'm afraid of every time I move to a new house though, as I dont' want the paint marker to scratch off.  Well, no more than it has already.

That's one of those shows that I need my friends to watch so they get the lines of dialog I've made into my own.

I'm making the most of my uni internets by downloading all the long series runs I can think of. So far I've got Buffy, House and the X-Files. Where do I go next?

Angel? Battlestar Galactica? Dexter? Burn Notice?

I'm assuming, of course, that you've seen Arrested Development.

(yes, I'm just quoting from my personal list ... i fucking hate DVD box sets "oh, you'll love Buffy" and fucking BAM you've got a year's worth of tv just fucking handed to you and you're supposed to watch it religiously and report back with how great it is next week like you don't have a life or better thing to do ... fucking boxsets!)

Anyone see the pilot of The Bubble on BBC Two? I just watched it on iPlayer - it was a bit unsteady on its feet but it could be fun, and Reginald D Hunter was bloody brilliant. Also, David Mitchell

I know! They have fake BBC news reports on Doctor Who all the time! Admittedly they're slightly less plausible than the Bubble ones, but still...

why do i keep seeing Janice Dickinson on my television over-acting wackiness and telling me the size of mick jaggers genitals (well, she's only done this once)?

she keeps making a big thing about saying she was a supermodel and not a page 3 model (insinuating that they are whores), but then goes on about how she has slept with over a thousand men and refuses to shut up about her sex life.

she isn't funny.

I think she just wants to be shocking and relevant to today's celebrity and model world, but she's neither.  It seems like she pretty much disappeared from US tv after she left America's Next Top Model.

oh man, and now we're getting lumped with her.
i know she had a rough childhood but tv is probably the worst place for her now. she has made her money.

I think Janice probably lives off the attention being in the spotlight brings her.  She's also been on other countries versions of Top Model, like Finland's, I think.  Is this a one-time show or a series? I hope for everyone's sake it's just a one-time show. 

well it was two one time appearances (one a panel show, one a chat show). one was a repeat from i don't know when though, so she's not storming the place. for me twice in two days was too much for me not to comment on!

  Twice in two days probably is a bit too much of any celebrity really!

this is why i tend to end up getting irritated by the celebrities who appear in adverts so much!

it's got jason schwartzman, zach galiafinakis and ted danson in it.

it's pretty amazing in a slow stonery kind of way. very childish and sweet. i LOVE it!!

it's on tvduck and we only have one more episode to go and then a long wait for season two...

already can't wait!!!!
