The official site of David Cook, Ohioan-turned-Brooklynite pianist and composer. David's actual domain (and the live copy of the site that it houses) is not under my control anymore; the link below shows the way the project was intended to look and perform. Oh by the way, it's database-driven and has its own custom CMS!

The official site of the Brooklyn band Imaginary Johnny. My rather intemperate baby - the first database-driven site with a completely customised content management system that I created from the ground up. We developed an information architecture that fits like a glove! The site lets the band post news and events and edit most everything that's there via an intuitive online interface. It also boasts little smarts like auto image formatting, Flash-powered forms, a radio, and a seamless no-reload tabbed navigation. Stuart says it works great!

There was once a plan to make a documentary about a girl who... Umm...yeah Productions was formed for the purpose. The documentary didn't work out, but the people are still there. Some day, one day...

A Radiohead site. An old place (but freshly redone this year, in the spirit of rainbows). Houses a lot (and by that I mean a whole lot) of Radiohead pictures taken by me, a concert photography FAQ (where I pretend to know what I'm talking about), a blog, a mean exclusive message board and a few looooong articles that are truly worth your scrolling reading.

A rare book store / catalogue now live. It might seem like the least flashy thing on the web, but we've been thanked for that. Usability is all! Under the hood, you'd find rather complex PHP, Javascript, and Ajax, but on the surface it's sweet simplicity itself. The site is also an example of getting to the top of search results efficiently and quickly - thanks to its comprehensive (and automatised!) meta tag system, judicious (and automatised!) URL conversion, and a few other magic tricks.

This was a rather ambitious project that had to do with psychological and philosophical analysis of music in general and of Jeff Buckley's legacy in particular. Currently hibernating, but we are bringing it back soon.

Unfinished Side is moving it up a notch. We have created a site that allows this little agency/label run it completely in-house, autonomously. A custom-made control system that we mapped out together gives them ability to edit every last bit of info on the site, manage the lists of clients and partners, upload images and other media, run a blog, post press clippings and manage the catalog. ...do you want jam on it?

This is the previous incarnation of Species 8472's official site (we are starting on the new version as soon as new music is ready!). Implemented completely in Flash, it was a whimsical project that, however, managed to not lose usability to artsiness. Please pardon a few broken links.
